Shipping policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

We currently deliver within Lithuania (Curonian Spit plus extra 40 €) & all EU countries. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate details at checkout:

  • delivery address,
  • valid phone number,
  • any door/gate access codes (if necessary).

DELIVERY COSTS:

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME:

  • In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days!
  • Back orders arrive in 2-6 weeks.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

We deliver in Lithuania and throughout the EU.

Delivery in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia:

  • Parcel locker (Omniva & DPD): Pick up your parcel at a parcel locker location within 2-5 business days.
  • Courier delivery (DHL or DPD): Straight to your door in 2-5 business days for items in-stock and 2-6 weeks for back order items.

Large Items:

Large and heavy items exceeding 25 kg (furniture, etc.) will be delivered by courier to your door. Delivery takes 2-5 business days for the items in-stock and 2-6 weeks for back order items.

Delivery in EU:

  • Courier delivery (DHL or DPD): Straight to your door in 2-5 business days for items in-stock and 2-6 weeks for back order items.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  1. You'll be notified when your order is ready for delivery. Please be available to accept it the following day.
  2. Re-delivery fees may apply if you miss your appointment.
  3. We use trusted couriers to get your items to you safely.
  4. In rare cases, unforeseen delays might occur. We'll contact you right away to discuss alternative arrangements.
  5. We're not responsible for delays caused by your end or force majeure beyond our control.
  6. Delivery costs are fixed and won't change with multiple items. For bulk orders over 10 pieces, please contact us for a quote.

IMPORTANT NOTES !

  1. Please check the shipment for external damages on the packaging before signing the freight letter. In case of damages, please make a remark on the freight letter and send photos of the damaged shipment to info@interiolounge.com noting your order number. 
  2. Any hidden freight damages, incorrect items, or incomplete orders must be reported immediately after delivery to be valid. Failure to do so voids our liability for such concerns.
  3. If an order contains items with different delivery times, the longest timeframe applies to all products. If you need separate delivery dates, place multiple orders.
  4. Once your order is shipped, the delivery address changes are not possible.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must indicate the exact delivery address of the goods.

2. The Buyer must accept the goods himself. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims for the delivered goods to the wrong person.

3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions.

4. The characteristics of all goods sold are indicated in the description of each product. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.

5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase and sale agreement, the amount paid by the Buyer for the Goods only, is returned to the Buyer.
