RETURN POLICY

1. The Buyer, having concluded a distance contract, has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, except for cases where the goods were manufactured according to the individual order of the Buyer.

2. If the Buyer has purchased several goods under one contract, his right of withdrawal is valid both in relation to all the goods and one or more goods.

3. When returning the goods, the following conditions must be observed:

3.1. The returned goods must be in the original neat packaging (this point does not apply in the case of returning a defective product).

3.2. The product must not be damaged by the Buyer.

3.3. The product must be returned undamaged, unassembled (if you received it unassembled, the product must had not been attempted to be assembled), labels must be intact, protective films must not be torn off, etc.

3.4. The returned goods must be in the complete set as delivered (with assembly instructions, assembly parts, etc.).

4. When returning the goods, the Buyer must provide the Seller with documents confirming the purchase of the goods (receipt or other document confirming the purchase).

5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods specified in points 1, 3, 4 and 11 were not met.

6. The Buyer is responsible for returning the goods. The Buyer is responsible for the proper packaging of the goods for return. The goods are considered properly packaged when they are placed in additional outer packaging (placed in a cardboard box filled with bubble, polyethylene foam wrap or air filled cushioning pillows, etc.) and this packaging is tightly closed (e.g. taped).

7. The Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the goods, unless the Seller, after receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract, indicates to the Buyer that he will bear the costs of returning the goods himself.

8. Money for transportation, delivery or product collection services provided when purchasing the Goods is not refundable.

9. The return and exchange of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with Part 1 of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code.

10. The money for the returned Goods is returned to the Buyer's account no later than within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of return of the Goods to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise. The money is returned to the Buyer in the same way as the Buyer purchased the goods (if the goods were paid for by bank transfer, the money is returned to the Buyer by bank transfer to the bank account from which the payment was received).

! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Check the shipment for external damages on the packaging before signing the freight letter. In case of damage, please make a remark on the freight letter and send photos of the damaged shipment to info@interiolounge.com noting your order number. Any hidden freight damages, incorrect items, or incomplete orders must be reported immediately after delivery to be valid. Failure to do so voids our liability for such concerns.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY “COOLING OFF” PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unassembled (had not attempted to assemble it),with all the tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
